Two of America's favorite pastimes collide in the new Hi-Tech Race Series. Experience super fun races that reward you with the latest and greatest in cutting edge consumer electronics, products and services at Atlanta's exciting Consumer Tech Innovation Festival.
The 5K for Tech Lovers!
The Hi-Tech Race Series brings together techies of all types - who enjoy family, friends, fitness and fun - to experience the epicenter of Atlanta’s downtown landscape starting and ending at Georgia State University’s Stadium. Thanks to our stellar sponsors, there'll be cool technology giveaways in addition to the free Hi-Tech Race Series T-shirt , finisher medal, and entrance to the post-race Consumer Tech Innovation Fest.
The 5K (3.1 mi) route winds through a scenic view of Atlanta’s urban architecture, before ending up amid the former site of the 1996 Summer Olympics which has been newly renovated and re-imagined as the Georgia State Stadium.
Our course is certified by the USA Track and Field association, and for those wishing to use their finish times to enter larger races, our race is also an AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier.

We really - really - love technology and the fact that you're here proves you do, too! That's why we created a race that celebrates innovation in the world of consumer electronics. What would our lives be like without them? Nevermind. We don't want to know!
Good thing we've got lots of amazing sponsors and partners who feel the same way we do. Right after the race, you'll run smack dab into our Consumer Tech Innovation Festival where you'll pick up your swag bag full of surprises for every finisher, and then you'll get to OMG, WOW and ogle at some of the coolest technology on the market at our sponsor tents and stations on Victory Plaza. It's no coincidence that this race starts, ends and hangs out at the Georgia State Stadium. Being a techie is a sport! One that has diehard fans who'll brave long lines, like, tweet and follow to stay up on the latest news, and sport their products as proudly as a football jersey.
