The Atlanta running community lost a beautiful soul in October of 2019. Timothy Martin Neja of Marietta, Georgia passed away on Sunday October 20, 2019 at the age of 53. Tim was an avid and active running community member and participated in countless runningnerds events with his children and wife, Jody. In honor of Tim Neja, we would like to highlight and encourage donations to two organizations that he was extremely passionate about. As the amazing father of an autistic son he was a huge supporter for Autism Speaks, and as a person who spent a big part of his career helping others through his job in the human tissue processing industry he was also passionate about organ donation and the work that Lifelink does.
