Train – Develop a training plan. One of the benefits of having a virtual race on the calendar is the motivation to stick to your training plan. Training for your race and show up ready to run the distance at your best.

Plan your Race Day – Choose the type of course you like. Sites like Strava or Map MY Run can help create the prefect route. Set a start time and coordinate with buddies, Family and friends if you like. Plan the perfect race day and remember to hydrate. Have Fun!

RUN your Race - Treat your virtual race like a real race. This is key to getting the most out of the experience. Connect with other NBMBAA runners, family, friends and cheer each other on. You could even create your own finish line with crepe paper or streamers. Take pictures! Have Fun!

POST Your Results - CONGRATS on finishing your virtual race. Tracking your run on any health tracking app is easy. You can post a “sweaty selfie” on social media to celebrate with others who ran the race.
