Southside Medical Center's 5th Annual 5K Run/Walk for Health

Pre-registration will close Friday, June 22nd at 3:00 PM. However, you will be able to register on-site before the race. You you must arrive early and allow at least 30 minutes for processing.  

Adults: $25    Children: 12 and under  $10           START TIME: 8:00 am EDT  END TIME: approximately 11:00 am EDT

Purpose: To inspire healthy families by offering an event that encourages and celebrates fitness, family togetherness and emotional and relational health for adults and children. Our family-friendly fun-day event includes a 5K for adults and kids alike and raises additional funds to support upcoming special events.

Southside Medical Center (SMC) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit charitable organization. Donations are tax deductible. Proceeds from this annual event enable us to offer health care and social services to working and uninsured families in Atlanta and its surrounding areas.

We provide a “medical home” for those who would not otherwise have access to quality, affordable healthcare.

Your participation in this event helps us to meet current emerging healthcare needs, provide medical services, community outreach and health education.
