Description
Barney's Pharmacy is hosting a 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Children's Hospital of Georgia. The run will be on the beautiful and scenic River Levee Trail (out and back) starting at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead. We are having a Cinco de Mayo theme with a musical warm-up before the race and fiesta-style party at the finish line. Refreshments provided after the race. Please join us for a morning of fun, fiesta, and running!
Race fee is $25 and includes a goodie bag with a t-shirt!! (REGISTRATION WITH A GUARANTEED T-SHIRT ENDS 4/29/18 AT 11:59PM). Registration closes 5/2/18 at 11:59PM.
Registration/check-in will begin at 8:00am at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead parking lot (past the old Augusta Greenjackets Stadium). LATE REGISTRATION will be available the morning of the race until 8:30am. There will also be an opportunity to get your race-day goodie bag and check-in for the race on Friday, May 4th from 4-6pm at Barney's Pharmacy on Peach Orchard Road (2604 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA 30906). Extra t-shirts and goodie bags will be give to late-registered runners on a first come, first serve basis during the Friday check-in and the morning of the race while supplies last. We appreciate all of the interest in participation for this race, and the number of runners has far exceeded our expectations!!
