About This Activity
Participants will run or walk a 5k/10k course starting at the Rae’s Creek Aquaduct on the Augusta Canal Towpath at the Lake Olmstead entry. The course is flat with slight inclines and is shaded with a canopy of trees. The run/walk will start at 8:00 AM. Participation is free for children under 11 years of age. (only paid registrants receive t-shirts) Strollers and leashed pets are welcome. Pick up your race packets the event starting at 7:00 AM on Saturday 10/8/2016, race day. T-Shirts
T-shirt availability guaranteed to all pre-registered runners.
T-shirts will be distributed to pre-registered entrants on race day beginning at 7:00 AM. Race-day entrants will get shirts while supplies lasts.
We will not be able to hold shirts or ship after race day.
Awards will be given in the following groups:
· Overall Male and Female
· Strollers and leashed pets are welcome on 5k/10k/1 mile walk but are asked to start at the back of the runners.
We will have packet pick-up and late registration on Saturday morning from 7:00 till 7:45. Pick-up and registration closes at 7:45 am.
Day of race registration will be available for $35/$30/$25/$20.
