The Dental College of Georiga Student National Dental Association's 4th Annual Oral Cancer Walk

SNDA will host its 4th Annual Oral Cancer Walk in Augusta, GA at Pendleton King Park on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017. Our efforts for this event are to create awareness of the disease and educate the public on the importance of prevention and screening in order to assist in early detection of the disease.  After the walk, we will also be offering free oral cancer screenings at the site, as well as blood pressure and glucose screenings, and information about health and wellness as a whole. A portion of our proceeds from the run/walk's will be donated to the Oral Cancer Foundation to partner with the organization in its efforts to prevent, educate, and support research for oral cancer.  Hope to see you there!
