Join your fellow SummerCisers on a virtual journey from the backyard to the beach! Along the way enjoy games, compete for prizes, and collect your vacation supplies.

Run/Walk - engage in some friendly competition with fellow runners and walkers. SummerCisers in this event are challenged to log 65 miles or more. Individuals and Teams (3-6 members) are welcome.
Recreational - participants in this division are challenged to log a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate outdoor activity 5 days each week. Any activity counts. Mow the lawn, play tennis, walk, ride a bike. Individuals and Teams (3-6 members) are welcome.
Ages 6 and up are challenged to be active a total of 60 minutes every day.
Choose from any or all of these categories:
Outdoor Play - no pre-planning or organization necessary here. Any active outdoor play time counts.
Organized Activities - structured, pre-planned activities. Team sports (games or practice), lessons or classes, or organized events.
TRY Something New - Any outdoor play or organized activity counts as long as it's something new and different.

People living with CF battle many serious symptoms, including difficulty with breathing and digesting food.
A lifelong regimen of medications, breathing treatments, nutritional supplements, and exercise improve quality of life, but for many create financial hardship.
At M4CF, we support individuals and families living with CF in a variety of ways. Our BreatheStrong Program promotes regular exercise. Our Critical Needs Initiative provides financial support to CF Families facing food insecurity.LEARN MORE
