Description
Come join the fun for the 26th Annual Santa Stroll 8K. Proceeds from the race will go to the continuing outreach programs sponsored by the Bishop Baptist Church. The start/finish will be held at the Bishop Baptist Church, located at 1110 Old Bishop Road, Bishop, GA 30621.
The 2024 Black Bag Race Series awards will be presented following the Santa Stroll. Plan to stay for these awards!
Course
This is a record breaking USATF Certified course that is flat and fast. Eight Georgia state records have been set on this course. Come set your personal 8K record before the end of the year! USATF Certification # GA12139WC, USATF Sanctioned Event.
NOTE: The USATF Certification will expire at the end of 2024. This course will not be re-certified.
Race Day Registration
Registration and packet pickup begins at 7:30AM. Race Day registration fee is $35.00. T-Shirts are not available for race day registrations.
The Santa Stroll 8K will begin at 8:30AM. The Black Bag Race Series awards will begin at 10:00am.
Cash, Checks made out to Classic Race Services and Venmo will be accepted for payment.
T-Shirts
Brand new Christmas graphic by our very own Ellen Walker will highlight the 2024 soft cotton long sleeve t-shirt. Shirts are available to those registrations that are received by 12/01/24. If you want a t-shirt, register by 12/01/2024!!! T-shirts will not be available after 12/01/2024 including on race day.
A No-shirt option if available and a $5.00 discount will be given through 12/01/24.
Awards
The now famous Santa Bobble Heads will be presented to Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, Grand Masters Male/Female. and the top (3) in age groups beginning with 10 and under through 80 and over. There will lots of other goodies including plenty of food, fluids, and fun.
Race Series
The Santa Stroll is the first race in the 2025 Black Bag Race Series. Santa Stroll is also part of the Clover Glove Race Series.
The 2024 Black Bag Race Series Awards will be presented following the Santa Stroll. Plan to stay for the presentation of these awards!
Results
Results will be posted on-line within 24 hours of the event to classicraceservices.com.

We get wet! This is a rain or shine event. Sorry, no refunds.
