It’s July, summer continues, and time for a new challenge!
This month we’ve decided to focus on core & legs. That’s right, it’s going to be a little more in depth than our usual one-body-part-targeting calendars, but that’s good for you, because at the end of this month, when you’re in the heat of swimsuit season, you’ll definitely be thanking us for toning up every square inch of your body! Trust us!
This workout calendar is meant to be done all 31 days of July with squats, lunges & pushups progressing up each day. We know that rest days are important also, so if you need a day off during the week, take it but remember this is on the honor system. A rest day would be once a week.
Stay aware of your form at all times! It’s quality, not quantity that counts. Don’t rush through the moves. Slow it down if needed, to keep good form. Challenge yourself, but not to the point of injury. Send Carolee an email @ caroleeluther@gmail.com at the end of each week stating you completed a minimum of 6 days, (that's 5 emails you need to send - one per week). This is on the honor system.
