Event: Virtual 5k Fun Walk Run- Get those sneakers on and grab a buddy or a few family and/or friends and walk for a cause!!!
Date: October 10-31, 2021
Course: Virtual - You choose the route from anywhere
Cost: 5k Fun Run or Fun walk - $35+ includes T-shirt
The West Central Georgia Cancer Coalition (WCGCC), a not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) organization presents the Annual Virtual Paint the Town Pink Walk/Run join in on the fun in your own community, neighborhood, local park, etc…for a cause. Get your small team together and walk, run or stroll to celebrate survivorship, honor those who are currently in the fight and recognize those who have transitioned. The Virtual Walk will kick off October 10th and culminate October 31st. Donations can be collected throughout the month of October. Please get your "Team" registered!
This event and others benefit the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Cancer Assistance Fund. This fund was established to assist eligible individuals and families in our community who have been diagnosed with cancer and are currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment. All proceeds stay local and within the community.
