Run/ Breathwork Yoga with Charlotte!

Welcome back everyone! 😊

Join us on June 26th at 6:00pm for an evening of running, breath-work, and yoga. Charlotte, a breath work coach and RYT500 yoga instructor, will be our host for this evenings event.

Location - Woodruff Park next to the splash pad (1000 Bay Avenue)! So instead of meeting up at the store, we will meetup there and run the riverwalk for 2 miles, and then come back and do some sunset yoga. 

Please bring water with you if you think you'd need it; it is getting warmer so you may want to have some. And maybe bring some bug spray too! 

Please bring a yoga mat with you; we do not have extras. If you'd like to have water with you for the run, please feel free to bring some with you. It is summer in Georgia now, and it is hot - please keep that in mind! Bring snacks and water!
