Description

Bridge the Gap Community 5K is a family-friendly community run/walk for men, women, and children.  This event encourages fitness, while also fostering relationships and positive connections between the community and law enforcement personnel. Participants get to enjoy a healthy, fun-filled event, establish impactful relationships, and support a worthy cause.  

 

All proceeds benefit the Keybo Building Bridges Foundation, founded on behalf of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office. This foundation was designed to cultivate community relations by creating sustainable philanthropic solutions through robust community engagement.

 

Keybo Building Bridges Foundation's mission is focused on connecting with the community through innovative and collaborative programs and services to bridge the gap between the community and law enforcement. The goal is to strengthen ties with the citizens while providing help to underserved families and to eliminate racial, socioeconomic, and cultural disparities.

TIMING:  
The timing device for this event is RFID timing by Performance Race Services.  
In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm that your bib is:
·       Clearly visible on the front of the torso
·       Unaltered and unmodified (not folded or wrinkled)
·       Pinned in all four corners
·       Uncovered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)
Results are published live within a few minutes of completion and are chip to chip times for crossing the timing pad.

Overall M/F finishers and top 3 M/F in the below age groups:
1-10, 11-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
