3rd Annual FEENEY'S 5K Fun Run & Virtual Run

Be a LIFESAVER and have some fun too. The 3rd Annual Feeney's 5K Fun Run, Virtual Run and Before & After FUNTIMES will help FLP put Lifesaving Billboards around Georgia in 2026. Message is simple: Don't be a BYSTANDER. CALL 911. Be a LIFESAVER.

Fun Run Details

• DATE: March 8, 2026, 9:30 AM (Live Event); February 14-March 8, 2026 (Virtual--pick your FUN run/walk day!)  
• LOCATION: Brook Run Park. Enter the park off of Peeler Road on Dekalb Drive and take the first left after the maintenance shop into the parking lot. Additional parking can be found at the Peachtree Middle School by the Baseball Fields off N. Peachtree Rd. The Run is located at the amphitheater.
• COURSE: 5K Run/Walk through Brook Run Park
• DOGS WELCOME - Outside of the confines of the Dog Park, your dog is required by law to be leashed, including between your car and the gates of the Dog Park. Please make sure you use your best leash manners. A retractable leash can be dangerous at an event like this. It offers too many opportunities to trip up other runners or walkers and lets your dog roam too far from you, which makes it harder for you to supervise his behavior. Instead, opt for a short leash that keeps your dog walking by your side, or a harness, which offers both comfort and control. Be a good pet parent. Dog jogs tend to be family events, which means lots of kids — many of whom may want to pet (or hug or kiss or snuggle) your dog. And while your dog has perfect manners (of course), not everyone else’s dog — or child — will. Be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your dog at all times.
• STROLLERS WELCOME - Strollers are welcome on the course, but please remain behind all timed runners near the back of the start line.

• WEAR RED--Red socks, hats, shirts or any "silly" red gear to honor Feeney's fun spirit.
• CREATE A TEAM--Rally friends, family, and colleagues to join you!
• CAPTURE THE FUN--Snap pics, take videos, share, and tag us!
