On Sunday, November 7, 2010, Bobby Tillman, a Georgia teenager was randomly selected and beaten to death by four teens outside of a local get together.  Bobby was brutally murdered, but inadvertently started a nationwide movement.  At the age of 18, Bobby had such a bright future ahead of him; with a focus on giving back, working hard, and making a difference in other's lives.  Today, his Mother, Monique Rivarde, carries a banner and message of love, acceptance, and tolerance through volunteer work, rallies, and speaking engagements across the state of Georgia and beyond.
The objective of the Bobby Tillman 5k Walk/Run of Love Race is to actively and monetarily assist our High School Graduates.  Our youth have many obstacles in their path to achieve a college education, we want to help eliminate a portion of the financial burden.
