GISA JV End of Season XC

Cross Country Coaches,

On Wednesday, October 7th, the Junior Varsity End of Season Championship Cross Country Meet will be held at Trinity Christian School in Dublin, GA. This meet is for 5th - 8th graders only. There will be two divisions, AA and AAA. The races will take place at the following times:

4:30 AAA Girls
4:55 AA Girls
5:20 AAA Boys
5:45 AA Boys
6:15 Awards

Please fax or email (preferred) your runners' names with their best 3.2K times and composite team time for the top five by noon on Monday, September 28th. We will not accept entries on September 28th after twelve noon. If you do not send a composite team time for your top five, you will automatically be assigned an outside starting box.

We will be using chip timing through Event Technical Services. The entry fee for the race will be $5.00 per runner to help with the cost of the timing system. Please send your entry fee to me at Trinity by October 6th.

Remind your parents that there will be an admission charge ($5.00 - adults, $3.00 - children) for the JV End of Season Championship Meet. Concessions will be sold through the Trinity Booster Club, and Championship T-Shirts may be purchased through Eagle Sportz.

Parking will not be accessible until 3:30 due to heavy school traffic. There will be bathrooms available in the concessions building, back of gymnasium, and back of home football bleachers. You are welcome to bring a tent, but please set it up outside of the track.
