Description
Online registration closes at noon on Friday, September 22. You can still register in person tomorrow from 7:30am-8:30am at the Pavilion at McDaniel Farm Park (entrance for the parking lot is off Duluth Hwy/120). Turn on McDaniel Farm Rd, across from Cornerstone Church and drive about 1/2 mile through neighborhood (follow signs) to the Park.
Join us for the annual 5K fundraiser for Adventure Amputee Camp on September 23, 2017!
The mission of the Adventure Amputee Camp is to encourage children with amputations or limb differences to stretch their potential and imagination, and explore all that is possible.
Summer camp is held at the Nantahala Outdoor Center in Bryson City, NC. Winter camp is held at Wintergreen Ski Resort, Wintergreen, VA.
Financial support for the camp is provided through two sources: fundraising and contributions of time and materials from volunteer leadership, counselors and supporters. The camp relies heavily on donations from individuals and businesses.
We need your help to support AAC. Please register and invite your friends to join you or support your efforts in fundraising for our camps!
Enjoy a scenic course along a paved path inside one of Gwinnett County’s newest park. In addition to a great course there's also some great raffle prizes for registered participants; 4 $250 gift cards from Dick’s Sporting Goods (4 winners) and 4 Braves tickets and parking for 1 winner.
We love TEAMS and AAC asks that when you register you select create or join a team and ask your friends, family, co-workers, zombies to join you:)

Parking
Important! There are 2 parking lots for McDaniel Farm Park so please pay attention. The Amp It Up 5K will use the parking lot and Pavilion near 3298 McDaniel Rd Duluth, GA 30096.
The McDaniel Road entrance (across from Cornerstone Church) for this parking lot is off Duluth Hwy /Rt 120, which is 1-mile west from exit 108 on I-85. You will drive through a small neighborhood for about ½ mile and will see McDaniel Park signs along the road as well. DO NOT USE the lot off of Old Norcross Rd as it does not connect via vehicle traffic to other side of the park (it looks like it does on Google, it does NOT) and you’ll have to drive a few miles to get around to the correct area.
