The new year lies before us like a spotless tract of snow!  Make your mark by RESOLVING to run this race!  Or walk it.  Just get out the door and come on!!  Proceeds to benefit Georgia Diversified Industries, Inc. / Good Shepherd Foundation! Local vendors will be out providing lots of opportunity to see what they offer.  Come join us in this adorable community and get your New Year 2023 off to a great start with our 2nd Annual run!!

Run through the Covered Bridge during 5K!

Located West of Cartersville in the historic town of Euharlee, this landmark recalls the days of buggies and “horseless carriages.” Known as a landmark on Georgia's Covered Bridge Trail , the Euharlee Covered Bridge was built in 1886 by Washington W. King, a black contractor.

  $25  Pre-Registration Entry Fee / $35 Day of Race

          $20  Youth Rate (18 & Under)

Hey, stick around y'all, there's going to be something going on ALL DAY in Downtown Euharlee...Live Band performance, Food Trucks, and Craft Booths.  Did someone say FESTIVAL?!!

Pre-Race Pack Pick-up:

• Get your Race Packet ahead of time Friday, Jan. 6th, 10am--6pm at Big Peach Running Co. store in Cartersville, Main St. Shopping Center.
• 402 E Church St Suite 107 & 108, Cartersville, GA 30121
• Save time and hassle on race morning!

7:30 AM Race Day Registration Opens
8:45 AM Race Day Registration Closes
9:00 AM 5K Start Time
10:00 AM Awards Presentation & Raffle for Prizes

Awards:
Awards will be given to the following: 
    *Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female Winners
    *Top Masters Male and Top Masters Female Winners
    *Top 3 Male & Female in the following Age Categories: 10-Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Parking:
There is plenty of parking at Euharlee Baptist Church (1103 Euharlee Rd SW, Euharlee, GA 30120)  which is conveniently located near the Start/Finish area. 

Course:
The 5K route is a USATF-certified course and thus, a Peachtree RR qualifier! 

Please note, this is a rain or shine event.

Professional Timing: This race will be chip-timed by Wire2Wire Running, LLC using the latest RFID technology.  Results will be posted after the race at https://www.wire2wirerunning.com/
