Idle Ironman Challenge (Virtual Event)

This virtual ironman challenge allows you to reach up to 4 triathlon milestones, if you choose (Ironman Triathlon, Half Ironman Triathlon, Olympic Triathlon, or Sprint Triathlon) with the ability to complete it over 60 days. Complete this race from the comfort of the Y, your home, park, or anywhere!

Participants are responsible for logging their own distances on RunSignUp.com. Remember that honesty is a YMCA core value!

Event logging from 6/17-8/15. Ironman
 participants’ T-shirts will be available for pickup at the Y after August 6th or by mail option.

Any indoor or outdoor exercise activities count toward totals.

HALF IRONMAN TRIATHLON
1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run

0.93 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run

SPRINT TRIATHLON
.47 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
