Event Description
The Historic Hartwell 5K will start at Hart County High School (Herndon Stadium) and showcase some of the City of Hartwell throughout the course. Runners will make their way back to Herndon Stadium to finish the race. Race proceeds will go toward providing an Apple iPad to two graduating seniors in the class of 2027 from Hart County High School.

Course
The 5K is a USATF Certified course (GA24009DJ) and starts and finishes at Hart County High School and runs through historic Hartwell.
Awards
Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following
Male and Female 5-year age groups: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and Over

What if it Rains?
We get wet! Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
