Race Day Schedule
1PM - Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup behind the Community Center near the large baseball field.
2PM - 5K starts
3PM - Award Ceremony
Awards
The awards will be American Cancer Society branded merchandise (hats, bottles, etc.,.)
Overall Male and Female
3 deep in 10 year age groups beginning with 10 and Under thru 80 and over
Course
The course is a double loop on the road and fitness path of Roper Park.
Directional signs and cones will mark the way.
Timing and Results
The race will be accurately timed by BT Race Timing. This race WILL NOT be chip timed. Please fill out the finish card, handed to you as you finish. Put your name, age, bib number and gender on the card, no need to put your time. Please turn in your card at the results boards for it to be posted. Failure to turn in your card will prohibit you from receiving an award on race day. Complete results will be posted to RunSignUp.com, BTRaceTiming.com, Athlinks.com and RunGeorgia.com after the race
Shirts and Goodies
Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 4/8/25. Those who register after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size
There will be plenty of refreshments after the race
Other Information and Refunds
In case of rain, the races will go on. Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time. If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time. Sorry, no refunds for any reason.
