Arcade Pounding for Paws 5K *Cancelled*
Greetings Pounding for Paws Participants and Friends,
We have been monitoring the situation with the Coronavirus, and based on the CDC guidelines issued yesterday evening, the Pounding for Paws 5K and the Arcade Encore Azalea Festival planned for April 25th, 2020 has been cancelled. We looked at dates in the fall to try to make it up, but no good dates worked out. I'm sorry that we won't be able to have our race this year, but your health and the health of the public is more important.
We are planning on having the Arcade Pounding for Paws 5K in the spring of 2021 and I hope you will consider running or walking with us again next year.
I will miss seeing you this year and I love each and every one of you. May God Bless you and may God Bless America!

Description
We ask that you bring 1 bag of cat or dog food per family with your entry fee! All proceeds will benefit the Humane Society of Jackson County!
Awards: Overall M/F, Masters M/F, Grand Masters M/F, Senior Grand Masters M/F, and top three M/F runners in 5 year age groups beginning at 10 and under through 85 and over.
Parking: Race day parking will be available at Beyond Words Baptist Church (formerly Abundant Life Fellowship Church), located at 231 Arcade Park Street, Jefferson, GA 30549.
T-Shirts: T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered participants prior to 4/18/2020 and as supplies last for race day. Refreshments will be provided.
