Description
Come run a 5K Race to support, Young Life a non-denominational Christian ministry that
aims to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. We are raising money to sustain
northeast side of the county so that high school kids have a chance to hear the gospel and respond to Christ.

Course
The Fun Run will be run entirely on the Jefferson Middle School Campus.
The 5K will start and finish at the Jefferson Middle School Campus and will run through the Elementary School complex and adjacent neighborhoods.
Awards
5K awards will be given to Overall M/F, Masters M/F and standard 5-year age groups from 10 and under through 75 and over.
Virtual Option
Run your 3.1 miles anywhere and submit your time using the Results tab on this website. Results submission is available April 1 - April 27 at 12 noon. Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards or t-shirts.

Rise and Shine 5K is proud to be part of the Black Bag Race Series and Clover Glove Race Series.

What if it Rains?
We get wet! Start of race may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to weahter.
