Holy Smoke 5K

All proceeds from the race benefit Predisan Health Ministries in Honduras...."Health ministries proclaiming Jesus, healing lives." To learn more about this nonprofit go to predisan.org. The race will begin at 9:00 am at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. This is a fun and flat certified course. It is a chip timed event.  Custom awards handmade in Honduras will be given to top overall M/F,  top master's  M/F, and the top  male and females 10 & Under, 11-14,15-19 and up to  70+. There will be a Tot Trot for those 5 years and younger.  The Tot Trot is free of charge.  All tot trot runners receive a ribbon for participation.

The Holy Smoke 5K is just the beginning of a spectacular day. There will be a BBQ & Music Festival following the race (over 10,000 attend each year) including a  kids play area.  Stick around and enjoy the many activities at the Festival:
