- Swim: 500 yd swim is a wave start – based on your age as of December 31, 2013
- Bike: Cadence Bikes and Multisport 12.5 mile bike course is rolling hills.
- Run: The Big Peach Running Company’s 5K is rolling hills and ends at the 1st Choice Health Care Finish Line.
