Description
Come and support the annual George Walton Academy Dawgs Unleashed fund raiser. This is a great race and a great school to support!
Course
The course starts on the GWA campus, runs on Michael Etchison Road to St. Ives Walk neighbborhood, loops through the neighborhood and returns to campus for the finish.
Awards
5K Awards are given to Overall Male / Female ($50 cash prize), Masters Male/Female ($25 cash prize) and the following Male / Female Age Groups:
5-year age groups: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and Over
Fun Run Awards are given to Overall Male / Female 12 and under plus top 3 Male/Female for 6 and under, 7-9 and 10-12.
Race Series and Finishline Management
The GWA Dawgs Unleashed is proud to be a member of the Black Bag Race Series.
Finishline management and timing provided by Classic Race Services.
What if it Rains?
We get wet! Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
