34 Seconds Foundation 5k Walk and Run

The 34 Seconds Foundation’s mission is to raise awareness in our local community about first responders. Our goal is that all members of the first responder community go home to their families and friends despite the silent battles they may face. The 34 Seconds Foundation strives to provide education and awareness on suicide prevention and resources to the local community to prevent such tragedy.

Join us on Saturday October 7th, 2023 for our Second Annual 5k walk and run at Tom Triplett Park! We invite people of all ages and walks of life to come out and walk or run to support the 34 Seconds Foundation and our first responder community. The race will start at 9:00 am. Following the race we will have snacks, drinks and a post-race party! Proceeds of the race will go towards the foundation's mission of assisting first responders and the community with suicide awareness and prevention. We hope to see you there!

• Parking will be free and on site.
• Packet pick-up TBD.
• The walk/run will start at 9:00 am.
• There will be top 3 male and top 3 female awards.
• Snack and water will be provided post-race.
• Strollers and pets are welcome!
