Ready to put 2020 in the rear view and start fresh in 2021? Join us January 23 2021 for a fitness challenge. Test yourself and help the community at the same time. F3 Coastal Empire is hosting an event you dont wan’t to miss out on.

Why should I sign up?

Our local F3 group (Coastal Empire) in Savannah, Pooler, and Richmond Hill are hosting this fitness challenge to benefit 3 local charities -- Xcel Strategies, Manna House in Rincon, and The Cottage of Bryan County. All proceeds go to the beneficiaries.

In Person Challenges:

Run / walk / ruck a 5k run/walk through Tom Tripplet Park.

Need a extra challenge? There's a option to add exercises along the 5k. We'll have places to stop running and complete  body weight exercises.

Feeling kinda froggy? Choose the Advanced option and we'll add even more challenging body weight exercises along the 5k! 

Anyone who participates in the 5k/fitness challenge is automatically eligible to participate in the virtual Challenge as well.

Can't make it in person? We've got you covered! We'll send you the details of the in person challenge so you can complete it whenever and wherever you are. 

The Manna House  in Rincon GA.

The Manna House has been in operation for over 30 years and assists 800-900 Effingham County, GA households with food, clothing, and household items each month. Last year, Manna House distributed over one million pounds of food to those in need. https://mannahouserincon.org/

Excel Strategies

The Cottage of Bryan County

The Cottage is a free-standing, community-based, victim service center located in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The Cottage offers crisis intervention, advocacy (medical and legal), trauma assessments, mental health and crisis counseling, sub-specialty medical-forensic care, and referral services to children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered trauma, crime, and abuse and their loved ones.https://www.thecottagerh.org/  

What can we expect?

A great event for great beneficiaries. All participants will receive a event shirt. Awards will be given for the top 3 finishers for the in person event for each category. (5K , 5K and challenge, 5k and advanced challenge). No awards for virtual , but everyone gets a shirt.
