Southern Fitness, "So Fit," is the premier fitness center in Pooler, Georgia. So Fit is all about the convenience of fitness in a fun, friendly, safe environment. We are conveniently located on US Highway 80 East, less than a five-minute drive from the heart of Pooler, and a 15-minute drive from Savannah. So Fit is committed to being a good neighbor to Pooler and its surrounding communities. We are dedicated to helping the people of this community get healthy and fit!
Fittest of So Fit Challenge Outline:
The First annual competition held at and by So Fit of Pooler on July 23rd was created to have a fun and challenging competition that will raise funds for Pooler Police and Fire Department charity.
The First wave will begin at 9:00 AM.
Divisions are as follows
Mens
Mens Scaled
Womens
Womens Scaled
Partner divison (two members) (can be coed)
Entry Fees
• $25 entry fee for members ($50 entry fee for non-members)
• $15 entry fee for Police and Firefighters
• $40 entry fee for partner division ($80 non-members)
Entry fee will cover participation in the Fittest of So Fit Challenge, Challenge t-shirt, and a Protein/Energy drink of your choice (donated by GNC of Pooler). Winners of each division will receive trophy and bragging rights!

Challenge #1 (RX):
For time (30 min cap):
Best time or total reps completed at time cap (3250)

Challenge #2 (RX):
3 Rounds for time:
Best time (must complete all 90 reps)
5 Chest to Bar pull-ups
10 Heavy Thrusters @115/95#
15 Cleans @115/95#
Challenge #3 (RX):
5 min time cap
Heaviest lift recorded plus total seconds of time spent on dead hang (ex: Lifted 405lb and performed 55 second dead hang. Total score would be 460 points)
3 rep max weight deadlift (bumpers only)
Weight must stay on bar at the top
After 5 min time cap competitors will go Straight into dead hang on pull-up bar for time

Straight into dead hang pull-up bar for time
