This event has been cancelled due to low registration. To ensure a safe and well‑supported experience for all participants, we require a certain number of runners to meet our safety and course‑support standards, and we did not reach that level this time. We are grateful for the community interest and are planning more opportunities to run together soon!

The Vanguard Mud Race fuels our mission and the people who carry it out every day. It also powers the work we do year‑round in our local community, and this event keeps that momentum strong.
This race is our yearly challenge to South Georgia: grab your crew, lace up, and take on the same grit and determination we bring to our mission. Every obstacle you climb, every pit you crawl through, and every splash of mud directly supports our programs, our people, and the impact we make throughout the year.
Run solo or bring a team. Either way, you step into the Vanguard tradition. Showing up, digging deep, and supporting something bigger than yourself.
