Medal of Honor 5K Run/Walk (Draft)

Honor the Brave! The 2nd annual 5K is a run/walk so come out whether it’s your first 5K or you are trying to set that PR!
The course will be set up as an out-and-back route.  The starting line will be at the Fitness Assessment Cell (FAC) parking lot behind the Fitness Center.  Participants will run/walk the course down to Luna Lake and circle back along the same route.  PLEASE RUN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STREET. This avoids participants "crashing" during the event.  Strollers and pets are welcome!

0730 - Race day registration and packet pick-up begins
0830 - Registration ends
0845 - Opening remarks
0900 - Runners begin 5K
0902 - Walkers begin 5K
1000- Medal award presentation

Pre-registration will be $20 and registration on race day will be $25.  Additional shirts will be sold at the event for $15 (limited number/sizes).
