The Publix Savannah Women’s Half & 5K Fitness Expo, taking place on Friday, April 10th at the Kehoe Iron Works Building is designed to kick off race weekend with a relaxed, feel-good vibe. More than just packet pickup, the Expo is a chance for participants and the community to connect with local shops, brands, and businesses in a fun, inviting setting.

Runners are encouraged to bring friends, explore vendor offerings, enjoy complimentary activities like a yoga session on the lawn, and collect race-day goodies along the way. This special event is thoughtfully curated to celebrate women, wellness, and community—and it’s free and open to the public.

New for 2026! We will be at the Kehoe Iron Works Building (right down the hill from the Charles H. Morris Center). This means we have a lot more space for vendors; both indoor and outdoor. If selecting an outdoor booth for the Expo, you will need to provide your own power source. 

Vendor Policy:
Please note that the event reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason. Vendors not accepted will receive a full refund of their payment.

**The week of the race, we will send out important details via email and include a layout of the Expo area. 

Expo Vendors:
Expo Vendors will set up Thursday (April 9th) or Friday (April 10th) to be show ready by 10:30am on Friday, April 10th. Those registration options are below and notated with an "Expo Booth" tag.

Finish Village Vendors:
Finish village vendors will set up at Forsyth Park race morning. Those registration options are below and notated with a "Race Day Vendor" tag. Please plan on being set and ready by 6:30am. 
**Please Note: if you are selling/sampling any food items, the last day to register for being a finish village vendor is Thursday, March 26th.
