Hustle for Honduras

Although this is not the news we as the Christian Medical and Dental Association at Mercer University School of Medicine would have liked to share with you all, Hustle for Honduras 5K has been cancelled for 2020 due to the continued strain COVID-19 is putting on our communities. In order to place the health of our team, participants, and community as the highest priority, we want to encourage you all to abide by the social distancing advice given by the CDC and our local officials. We are just as disappointed as you are, but it is most important for us all to be healthy and safe at this time. As of now, the mission trip benefited by this event is still planned, so we hope to still be able to care for the people of Honduras in the best way we can this summer. Thank you all for your consideration to be involved in this event, and we would appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we continue to know what is best for the missionaries in the next couple months.
