Viking Fitness Crush Corona 2020 Virtual Run. Support Viking Fitness a small portion will also be donated to other local small businesses in Treutlen County during these times of unknown due to COVID-19. Remember when you asked us to support your fundraiser? Your childs baseball team? Scholarships? the list goes on and on. Small businesses are the heart of a town. It's time to support them. How will a virtual run work? Instead of running Viking Fitness routes in place, choose your favorite outdoor course or complete your race on a treadmill. The virtual race will be held May1-May15. Runners track their own times and distance of their registered run. Track your distance using any time and distance tracker. If you do not currently use one, consider one of these free apps to complete your run: RunKeeper,Powered by asics,Nike, MapMyRun, Strava, or RunGo. All are available in the App store. Once you complete our run, e-mail you name, age, gender, and a screenshot  of your time and distance to vikingfitness671@yahoo.com by May15 at midnight. Everyone will get a participation medal. Top Male and Female for 5k,10k, half marathon will receive medals and gift basket. Awards will be given online May18th.
