New Date: June 3-4, 2023
We made the difficult decision to postpone the race until June to allow more time for folks to signup/have less conflict in their calendar. Tentatively set for June 3-4, 2023 and still at Talking Rock Nature Preserve. An email went out 4-25-23 to let folks know about the date change and give options to continue with the new date, request a refund, etc.

Description
The first annual Talking Rock Takeover is a MTB race and trail race hosted by Coyote Ugly Racing and Ko-Ma Custom Built Wheels to benefit Team Cartecay/Cohutta Composite MTB teams out of Gilmer county. The team is composed of kids and teens 6th grade-12th grade who race 4 mountain bike races of various difficulty in 4 different locations against other kids/teens in the state of Georgia their same age with one final race being the championship at the end of the season. These funds will be used to buy uniforms, pay for training coaches, help replace equipment, and for many other things for the team!
