Description

All events begin and end on Church Street in Vidalia, GA, between First Baptist Church and First United Methodist Church.

$3,500 in prizes available to runners/walkers

Cash prizes to top 3 schools with most participation (contact your student's school for more information)
5 drawings for $100 for runners/walkers
Awards for top 3 female and male runners, overall, in 1 mile fun run
Awards for top 3 female and male runners in all age divisions in 5K Onion Run and 10K run and awards for top 3 female and male runners, overall, in 5K Onion Run and 10K Onion Run
$1,500 to any female or male runner who wins the 10K Onion Run and who sets a new female or male course record for 10K Onion Run

*Runners in 5K and 10K will receive race bibs with assigned RFID timing chip. Race bibs with timing chips MUST be worn to ensure proper place of finish. Bibs are desposable after races.

5K & 10K Awards: Top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Individual M/F in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.

Participants who want to run in 1 Mile Fun Run and either 5K Onion Run or 10K Onion Run must register and pay seperately for each race.

Early Packet Pickup will be April 28th from 4-6 p.m. at Vidalia First Baptist-Historic Sanctuary (101 East 1st Street, Vidalia, GA, 30474).
On race day (April 29th), packets will be available in the parking lot of First Baptist Church of Vidalia, GA starting at 6:30 am
Participants who want to run in 1 Mile Fun Run and either 5K Onion Run of 10K Onion Run must register seperately for each race.
All registered participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Fruit Bar and fluids will be provided at finish line.

The Kiwanis Club of Vidalia, Inc. reserves the right to exchange or substitute prizes or awards. T-shirts are reserved for pre-registered runners first. On race day, registered runners will receive a t-shirt.
