Glow in the Knight 5K

What time is it?  IT’S KNIGHT TIME!  And we love KNIGHT TIME! March 10th is the last night before the time springs forward, and we're taking advantage of the dark so come get your glow on in Woodstock with River Ridge High School for our GLOW IN THE KNIGHT run!

It’s a 5k closed circuit race with awesome race shirts, spectacular custom medals for top runners, fun activities and lots of great folks!

Registration & Entry...Early 5K entry includes a race shirt (if registered by 3/4, registrations afterwards will get a shirt while supplies last) and is priced as follows:  Regular Entry...$30  Student Entry...$25 (ID required).  Race day registrations are welcome for $5 more.

 
Event Beneficiary...Proceeds go to the River Ridge Band.

Course & Timing...All participants will be chip timed for the start & finish, so we can get everyone a great accurate time.  It a completely closed course, so it's perfect for families.

Overall male & female winners
Overall Master's male & female winners
Overall Grand Master's male & female
Overall Sr. Master's male & female
Top 3 in each 5 year age group starting at 10 & under and going through 75+.   
All participants registered by 3/4 are guaranteed a great race shirt in their size. Anyone registering after 3/4 will receive a shirt on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.

 
Goodies...We'll be ordering glow in the dark items for everyone, but feel free to bring some of your own.

 
Finish Line Festival...Imagine a ton of motivated students waiting for you to get back from your race, add in a DJ and some great music, and that's the picture for the finish line.  We'll have plenty of everything!

 Five Star 5K Championships & Turkey Trot...All participants will qualify for a free entry into the Five Star Turkey Trot (held on Thanksgiving).  Top 5K finishers will also qualify for the 5K championship.

 
Event Courtresy & Refund Policy...Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.  
All registrations are final, and there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments.
The event will be held rain or shine.  In the event of dangerous conditions the event will be cancelled, and unfortunately there are no refunds.
