Proceeds from this marathon will be used to provide materials and support for beautification and infrastructure projects for communities located along the shores of Lake Bosumtwi ( friendslakebosumtwi.com ). So run or walk as far as you can from Kumasi to the Lake in five (5) days. You do not have to complete the 22 miles all at once---set your pace. Why not challenge a friend or friends o see who gets to the Lake first. Or just stretch your legs and get some fresh air
