 Mixed Greens, Sliced Apples, Candied Walnuts, Bleu Cheese, and Cider Vinaigrette

*If you specify dairy-free or vegan during registration, your salad will come without the cheese; pick up your personal table tent at check-in to display at the seat of your choice (it will have a sticker identifying your salad as No Cheese for the servers).

**Stir Fry for those with a vegan or vegetarian diet will be served separately at the table (Sno Peas, Shiitake, Baby Corn, Broccoli, Red Peppers, Thai Coconut Sauce, Cilantro, and Cashew Fried Wild Rice); pick up your personal table tent at check-in to display at the seat of your choice (it will have a sticker identifying your entree as Stir Fry for the servers). This is in place of the Dinner Buffet.
