Virtual Race Options and FAQs
We are offering two types of Virtual Race Options.
1. The Semi-Virtual Race:
Since our race course is still open (roads don’t need to be closed, like most other “city” races, and trails don’t need to be marked for turns) we are considering a “Semi-Virtual” race. For those of you that can make it to the area between August 10th and October 4th, you will be able to run either of our courses (half or full), post your results to Strava (or some other similar alternative) that will show your total Elapsed time. We will have maps of the courses online as well as within our Strava group. With this option, we can still do awards and give-aways and you will be able to enjoy the course. Please note, however, that this will be self-supported and at your own risk. You will be responsible to submit your time under your RunSignUp Profile as well before October 4th at Midnight. All participants will receive their swag shipped directly to them!
2. The "Your Own Course" Virtual Race:
This is for the individuals who will not be in the area or don't want to make the trip but still want to participate virtually and receive the swag. This is a Run/Walk at your own location/time (on the roads, treadmill, trails, etc). Everything is up to you and you can choose your own time/course. You will be responsible to submit your time under your RunSignUp Profile before October 4th at Midnight. All participants will receive their swag shipped directly to them!

What exactly is a Virtual Run?
Since we are unable to run together, a Virtual Run is a Run/Walk on your own (on the roads, treadmill, trails, etc). Everything is up to you but it's a great way to stay motivated and earn some awesome race swag!
What distances are we offering?
Our virtual event is both a Half Marathon and Full Marathon. Everyone is welcome to participate!
What are the important dates to keep in mind?
We will be collecting all results between August 10th - October 4th.
The deadline to register is October 4th at Midnight. The deadline to submit your result is also October 4th at Midnight.
We will be mailing out all swag at the conclusion of the race.
How do I submit my result?
Please look for the "HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIRTUAL RESULTS" tab on the race page. For those doing the Semi-Virtual race, it will need to be approved by a director before your time is posted on the leaderboard.
When and how will I receive my swag?
Please note that you will not receive your shirt until after the race ends. We will be placing our final orders October 5th and then once things arrive we will ship it directly to you!
Can I make changes to my registration (for example - switching events)
If you need to change distances simply let us know and we can make that change for you. The deadline to change your distance will be September 30th.
Can I participate if I live outside of the USA?
You can, but we ask that you please reach out to us first so we can calculate shipping for you. You will be required to pay the additional shipping costs.
