2026 Gaspee Days 5K Sponsorship
As our nation celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States, communities across the country are honoring the history, spirit, and traditions that bring us together.
The Gaspee Days Committee invites your organization to sponsor the Gaspee Days 5K Road Race. The Gaspee Days 5K is a fundraiser to offset the cost of our annual parade, which is held the same day. This season’s race will be held June 13, 2026.
Shirt sponsorships levels are:
Gold Sponsor - $2,000.00
Silver Sponsor - $1,000.00
Bronze Sponsor - $500.00
Friend Sponsor - $250.00
To make the day special, each runner receives a commemorative race shirt. As a sponsor of the Gaspee Days 5K, your organization's logo will be prominently displayed on the back of the shirt, as well as on our social media channels and the race website. In addition to the anticipated 2,000 runners participating in the race, packed crowds of spectators line the route, providing excellent visibility for your organization.
New in 2026: Digital Runner Gift Bag
Sponsors contributing at the Bronze level or higher ($500+) will be included in the Gaspee Days 5K Digital Runner Gift Bag, distributed to all registered runners via email prior to race day.
Participating sponsors may submit a coupon, promotion, or special offer for their organization, which will be included in the email blast sent to approximately 2,000 runners ahead of the race. On race day, all runners will also be reminded at check-in to review their registration email for exclusive promotions from our sponsors—providing an additional touchpoint and increased visibility for your organization.
Donations can also be in the form of post-race refreshments for the runners. Items such as bottled water, granola bars, donuts, chips, beer, and lemonade are welcome. What is the Gaspee Days 5K?
The Gaspee Days 5K Road Race is an annual community race held in Pawtuxet Village as part of the Gaspee Days celebration. The race takes place on the same day as the historic Gaspee Days Parade and serves as a fundraiser to support both events.
What does my sponsorship support?
Your sponsorship directly funds the Gaspee Days 5K Road Race and the Gaspee Days Parade. After race-related expenses are covered, all remaining proceeds go toward parade costs.
The Gaspee Days Committee is a 100% nonprofit organization, and all race and parade committee members are volunteers who dedicate countless hours throughout the year to bring these events to the community.
How many people participate in the 5K?
The race is capped at 2,000 runners, and we reach capacity every year. Due to the size of the course—and because the parade begins promptly at 10AM—we do not exceed this limit.
How will my organization be recognized as a sponsor?
Sponsors receive visibility across multiple channels, including:
- Logo placement on the official 5K race t-shirt, worn by approximately 2,000 runners
- Recognition on the race website, including sponsor listings and event pages
- Promotion on Gaspee Days social media, including Facebook and Instagram, with a combined following of over 11,000 followers
- Inclusion in the Digital Runner Gift Bag for Bronze-level sponsors and above
What is the Digital Runner Gift Bag?
Sponsors contributing at the Bronze level or higher ($500+) are included in the Digital Runner Gift Bag, sent to all registered runners via email prior to race day.

Why do you need my logo?
Your logo is printed on the back of the official race t-shirt given to every runner. That means 2,000 participants will wear your brand on race day and well beyond.
Can my organization sponsor with products instead of money?
Yes. Donations may also be made in the form of post-race refreshments for runners, such as bottled water, granola bars, donuts, chips, beer, or lemonade. Please contact the race chair at 5K@gaspee.org for details.
