This program trains for Gazelle Girl Half Marathon, Kalamazoo Half or Full Marathon, Flying Pig Half or Full Marathon and Amway Riverbank Run 25. Have a different target race? You can still train with us for a spring long distance event. Coach Josh Dedering will help you develop a schedule that works for you.
