Challenge Information
We want to encourage kids to GET UP and GET ACTIVE during this uncertain time where they aren't able to attend their normal gym class and extracurricular activities. To complete the challenge, log at least 30 minutes of physical activity at least 10 times in ANY 2 week period during May. That means you have 2 weeks to complete at least 300 total minutes of activity (5 hours)! You can get moving however you like; some ideas might be walking or running around your neighborhood, riding your bike, doing some jumping jacks , or maybe even playing tag with those who live in your household!
Make sure to keep track of your activity each day. Once you're done, submit your total activity time to get a finisher's certificate. You can even opt to get a medal for completing the challenge (by incurring a small fee). The medal will be one of our very popular vintage Baltimore Running Festival Finishers Medals.
