Run and walk start at 8:30am. The walk will start immediately after the runners take off!
The run is professionally timed. Awards will be given to fastest overall female and male runners, and to the top 3 finishers in each age group (13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80+). Awards will also be given to the first 3 dogs accompanying a runner across the finish line.
Walkers are welcome to walk the full course, or take one of the many short cuts back to the finisher's tent if you wish to do a shorter distance.
For safety reasons, dogs are limited to 1 per participant during the run/walk. Runners with 4 legged partners please start in the back of the running pack for everyone’s safety- we want to protect all paws from being stepped on!
All dogs must be on (non-retractable) leashes at all times per park rules.
Pre- register by March 18th to guarantee a t-shirt and swag bag. Any leftover t-shirts will be available first come-first serve (at no additional cost to registrants) on race day.
Packet Pick up will take place on Friday night, March 27th from 4-7pm at Fleet Feet, 711 S. Osprey Rd. Packets can also be picked up the morning of the race/walk but we encourage runners and walkers to come to the Friday night packet pickup to ensure a smooth morning for all participants.
"Day of" registrations and packet pick ups will be done at the registration table near the starting line.
