Gift Certificate Policies/FAQs
- To use the gift certificate, the user will enter the voucher code (provided on the confirmation page and confirmation email) on the check out page when registering for a Charm City Run Signature Race.
- Gift Certificates can only be used for Charm City Run Signature Races. Please reference the list of races above to confirm eligibility before purchasing.
- Gift Certificates cannot be used retroactively on already purchased races.
- Gift Certificates can be used on multiple race(s) if funds allow.
- Charm City Run Signature Race Gift Certificates do not expire.
- Charm City Run Signature Race Gift Certificates are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Only one gift certificate can be purchased at a time. Multiple gift certificates must be purchased in separate transactions.
- Gift Certificates can be used in conjunction with coupon codes.
