We recommend you pay through the website, but if you are not comfortable paying online we have a second option for you.
1. Send a check of fundraised amount or the amount required for the entry fee for the event of your choice.
2. It is required you complete the registration form attached below to participate. This registration form will allow you to register for your event of choice and select your t-shirt size. (Address required for mailing t-shirt and any prizes).
3. The second document attached is a waver form that is also required to be read through and signed at the bottom.
4. Put your check, completed registration form, and signed waiver into an envelope and send to: McKenna Corcoran at 2519 Knapp Street Ames, IA, 50014.
