We are thrilled to start by expressing our heartfelt gratitude for our incredible sponsors of the 9th Annual Give ‘Em The Bird 5K Run / 2K Walk this past Thanksgiving! 

 

As we find ourselves in the midst of a vibrant summer, we hope you and your families are soaking up the sunshine and enjoying every moment. With summer in full swing, we are excitedly gearing up for the grand celebration of this year’s Thanksgiving Day event – the monumental 10th Annual Give ‘Em The Bird 5K / 2K Walk!

 

Thanks to your generous support and the enthusiastic participation of our community, we have raised an astounding $215,000 over the past eight years for the Easthampton Community Center. This remarkable achievement has provided essential aid to thousands of families, not just during the holiday seasons, but all year round.

 

Attached to this below, you’ll find the 2024 sponsorship form. We would be honored to have your support this year. If you can contribute in any way, please reach out to me, and I’ll gladly work with you to determine the sponsorship level that best suits you.

 

We are also excited to announce our new partnership with Fast Track Timing for registration and timing of the event. This year, two of our sponsorship levels will feature LOGOs on the registration pages, giving you even more visibility.

Logo on all race promotional items including flyers. Logo company/organization name incorporated on the runner/walker registration website and our social media promotional plan. (2) race shirts (2) race entries. Acknowledgement during Race Week via social media and all media notifications!

 

● GRAVY SPONSOR ($500): Your logo on our collectible Race Day shirt given to all participants (check received by 11/01/24 for shirt placement Logo company/organization name incorporated on the runner/walker registration website and our social media promotional plan. (1) race shirt,  (1) race entry -  Acknowledgement on Race Week social media and all media notifications!

 

● WISH BONE SPONSOR ($250): Your name on our collectible Race Day shirt given to all participants (check received by 11/01/24 for shirt placement): name on all race promotional items including flyers.
