2026 Event Updates
You may remember Pedal 4 Possible moved to a closed-course ride in 2022 to prioritize safety. Along the way, we learned that finding the right course—and access to cycling equipment—was challenging for many. With this in mind, we decided to retire Pedal 4 Possible and are excited to roll into the next evolution of our beloved community event: Glow & Roll!

Yes! You may register multiple participants in one registration payment. Please make sure you have accurate T-shirt sizes.
NOTE: As long as you have used separate emails for each participant, everyone registered will have access to their own personal page in the Fundraising Center.
You are permitted to move your registration to another participant, but we cannot offer a refund for any reason.
Navigate to our participant login page, and select “forgot password.” You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
Fundraising & Incentive Gifts
During your registration, you will have the opportunity to build your fundraising page. After you log in, click on the “profile” link in the dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the page. Once there, you’ll see links to edit your fundraiser, view donations, and send emails.
Fundraising is not required, but we strongly encourage each participant to raise money to support patients at Craig. Plus, you'll earn fundraising prizes if you raise $250 or more by September 8!
When you register, you will be asked if you would like to start a fundraiser - this is where you would input your goal and why you are participating, if you wish to fundraise.
We have fundraising incentive gifts at the $250, $500 and $1,000 levels!
$250 Fundraising Level | Option of Junk Big Bang Lite Headband, Mesh Cooling Towel or Crew Socks
$500 Fundraising Level | Running Hat
$1,000 Fundraising Level | Aqua Thump Waterproof Speaker
Participants that have rasied any of the fundraising levels by July 31 will receive their items at event check-in the day of the ride. Items earned after July 31 will be mailed several weeks after the event.
Virtual participants will receive their items in the mail several weeks after the event.
Prizes are cumulative. For example, if you raise $500 you will be awarded the $250 level prize and the $500 level prize!
Event Logistics
Glow & Roll is a family friendly event! Children are welcome to participate but a parents or guardian needs to be with them at all times.
Other modes of transportation for children, like strollers, scooters etc., are welcome, but please note it will be a busy course with many adaptive participants. If your child is riding a scooter or bike, helmets are required.
Glow & Roll celebrates inclusive movement and is primarily intended for walking, running, and rolling with assistive mobility devices. The course and event experience are not designed for cycling activities.
Participants who use adaptive bikes due to mobility needs are encouraged to reach out to the event team ahead of time to explore possible accommodations and discuss course considerations. Safety for all participants remains our top priority.
If you have questions related to adaptive equipment please reach out to Rose Parker at roparker@craighospital.org.
Yes. We will have two aid stations on the course with water.
Packet pick-up will take place at Clement Park on the day of the event. More details are coming soon!
Glow & Roll is rain or shine, unless a weather emergency occurs. According to the National Weather Service, a weather emergency includes high winds, flooding, extreme heat, and wildfires.
The Glow & Roll committee will have a weather safety plan and will communicate accordinaly with participants if necessary.
Post 5K (or 1.6 mile) we will have a complimentary afterglow festival with a DJ, games, food and beer.
All registered participants will receive dinner from Mountain Crust Catering. Meal tickets will be available for purchase for other attendees.
We love cheerleaders at the start/finish line! If friends and family are interested in being on the course, please have them register to volunteer for the event.
Friends and family will be able to purchase meal tickets at the event.
While we love pets, this is not a pet-friendly event. Please leave your fur babies at home.
