Q: How do I submit results for the Virtual 5k?
A: Once you have completed a race, you need to submit the results … twice. (One is official and the other is social. Both are important.)
1.) Select the "Results" menu option and you will be provided with the ability to enter your results.
2.) Use #gracerace on any of your social media platforms with your race results. Post as much info as you’d like! Here are a few ideas:
- Post a picture after you finished
- Post a video of you during the run (or walk)
- Post a screenshot of the course you chose (many running apps do this for you)
- Post info about your pace, your finish time, distance, calories, etc. (many running apps do this for you)
- remember, use #gracerace when you post!
Q: How will I get my t-shirt?
A: You have 4 options:
- I will pick up my shirt at Grace Church – Bath Campus Ghent Building on May 23rd or May 24th during one of the weekend services.
- A friend or family member will pick up my shirt for me on May 23rd or May 24th during one of the weekend services.
- Pickup on race day!
- Ship my shirt ($4 shipping fee).
Q: Where is this year’s Grace Race being held?
A: The Grace Race will be held at Copley High School, located at 3807 Ridgewood Road, Akron Ohio 44321.
Q: Where and when can I pick up my run packet?
A: You can pick up your race packet at the following times and locations.
- Ghent location: 754 Ghent Road, Akron Ohio. Saturday May 23rd 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Montrose location: 565 South Cleveland Massillon Road, Akron Ohio. Sunday May 24th 9:00am – 12:30pm
- Ghent location: 754 Ghent Road, Akron Ohio. Sunday May 24th 9:00am – 12:30pm
