Virtual Option Participants:
- You run your own 5K Course
- Please follow normal pedestrian rules when running.
- Please follow proper social distancing recommendations per your state or community.
- To be considered for the awards, you must submit your time on our Virtual Submission Form before 3pm on Sunday (June 7th). Live Results will be streamed at 6pm on Sunday, June 7th.
- Awards are Under 10, 10-14, 15-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc

- Shirts will be mailed no later than June 10th. We will possibly ship shirts to those who register before June 1st before race day.
Live Option Participants:
- Race Course - https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1139271
- Direction Arrows and Mile Markers will be placed on course.
- Must be 17 or older to participate in the Live Race.
- Age Group categories for awards are 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc.
- There will be no porta pottys/bathroom facilities on-site.
- Course is not closed, but there are wide shoulders and/or sidewalks throughout.
- You must show up to race site 10 minutes prior to your assigned start time to be "checked-in". You will then be instructed when you can start. Only "significant others" and/or those living in same household (i.e. mother/daughter) are permitted to start together.
- No spectators please (unless they remain in parked car).
- Participants must wear a face mask during the check-in process. This is when you obtain your race bib and shirt.
- 6 feet Social Distancing should be observed at all times between staff and participants.
- No social gatherings before or after race are permitted.
- There will be no on-course or post run snacks or water available - please bring your own to run with or leave in car.
- Changing date/time slot is not permitted without prior written authorization of Race Director. Not guaranteed.
- No Strollers and No Dogs.
- No Deferrals or Transfers.
- There is NO same Day Registration.
- Race is Rain or Shine - No Refunds.
